What to include

• Your order number and purchase email, if applicable.
• The model from the product label. Our yellow snow shovel is model SB16-B1P-V1.
• A description of the question or issue and when it started.
• Photos of the relevant part or product label when emailing us.

Assembly, operation and care

Read the operator manual supplied with your product before assembly or use. Our Use & Care Guide provides a quick reference. If you need a replacement copy of the manual, email us with your model.

If the tool stops or becomes blocked

Release the trigger, remove the battery and wait until all moving parts have stopped before inspection. Never use hands or feet to clear the auger or discharge area. Use a suitable nonmetal tool and follow the full manual.

Stop using equipment with damage, abnormal vibration, smoke or unusual heat. Do not open the motor housing or battery pack, or bypass a safety device.

Parts, returns and warranty requests

Contact us with the model and order details so we can review your request. Confirm part compatibility and availability before ordering a replacement. Contact us before sending any product or battery back; the return destination must be confirmed for your request.
