Which model is this?

The yellow FLEIGIN cordless snow shovel is model SB16-B1P-V1. It uses a 21V brushless motor.

What comes with the snow shovel?

The kit includes the snow shovel, two 3.0Ah / 63Wh batteries, a charger, an auxiliary handle, two fixing screws and a hex key.

How wide is the clearing path?

The clearing width is 16 inches (40 cm). The manual lists a maximum intake height of 10 inches (25 cm). These are product specifications; they do not guarantee the same clearing performance in every snow condition.

How far can it throw snow?

The manual lists a throwing distance of up to 25 feet (7.6 m). This is a maximum specification, not a guaranteed distance for every pass.

Is the shaft telescopic?

No. The shaft assembles from three sections. It is not a telescoping pole.

How much does the product weigh?

It weighs 6.5 kg, approximately 14.3 lb, including one battery. This is the product weight, not the shipping package weight.

Batteries and charging

How many batteries are included?

Two batteries are included. Each battery is rated 3.0 Ah / 63 Wh.

Is a charger included?

Yes. The included charger's specified input is 110 V AC, 60 Hz, and its output is 21 V DC, 0.8 A. Follow the manual and the charger label before connecting it to a power supply.

How long does charging take?

The manual lists a typical charging time of approximately 4.5 hours. This is a charging-time specification, not an operating-runtime figure.

Can I use another brand's battery or charger?

Do not assume compatibility. Check the product instructions and contact FLEIGIN Support with the battery or charger model before using a different accessory.

Use and maintenance

What should I do in heavy or wet snow?

Reduce the feed rate and follow the operating limits in the product manual. Do not treat the maximum intake height as a recommendation for every snow condition.

What should I do if snow blocks the tool?

Release the trigger, remove the battery and wait until all moving parts have stopped. Use a suitable nonmetal tool to clear the blockage. Never use your hands or feet. See the Use & Care Guide for more reminders.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or destinations outside the United States.
